We might have a room available for male student. This room is in lower walkout level aroud 9 x 11. Let me know if you are still interested for May or earlier. Its now at a reduced rent of 380/month including utilities. Parking is not included.
We will need to screen all tenants for financial stability. We will also need to know tenants dont have any habit which will bother others like inhouse smoking, pets, loud music, parties etc. Is "Juggalo" any thing we need to worry about?
