HISTORY
Morton's List is the brainchild of 3 men: N-Cubed, Tall Jess, and Jumpsteady. The game was 7 years in the making, originally starting out simply in a little 3 ring binder and played locally by the group of friends who nowadays make up Psychopathic Records. The game has undergone many transformations and mutations since the original notebook paper version, and 7 years later, it is finally out for the world to enjoy.
That was never meant to happen at first though, as it was just a game they played with their homies. However, with the success of Psychopathic Records, it gave the oppertunity for this incredible real-life game to get out to the public and spread the freshness. The 3 makers of the game jumped at the opportunity and after years of work, Morton's List was first released at the Gathering of the Juggalos in July 2001 in Toledo, OH. It has been so controversial that it got banned from Hot Topic stores and was also banned from one of the world's largest gaming conventions, GenCon.

CONCEPT
Morton's List is different from any game you have ever played, so leave your expectations at the door because this is real-life gaming. Morton's List puts you in any variety of real-life situations. There's no board, no cards, no pieces. Just a book and a bag of dice are the keys to unlocking the boundries that are probably keeping you from doing things you never imagined. We won't get deep into that here because it simply cannot be explained. Only by purchasing (or fuck, even stealing) the game and playing it will you fully understand the level of freshness that is Morton's List.
• Inner Circle: This is the group of players who will participate in a game of Morton's List.
• Table Master: Leader of the Inner Circle, randomly chosen by a roll-off.
• Quest: This is the activity that the Inner Circle takes part in. It is randomly selected by the Table Master rolling the Morton Boulder.
• Mutation: This can twist the Quest in all sorts of different directions. It can take any normal Quest and turn it into something insane. Thereby, Mutating the Quest.
• Deviation: These change the actual structure of the game, by bending rules, bending logic, bending your mind, or maybe even all of the above.
